ViA OnlineTM facilitates services to anyone, private person or companies.
If you are a private person you select the "Personal registration" where you will be prompted to fill in a form with name, address, telephone, email address etc. You will also be asked to either send in as an attachment to your application a copy of your passport plus a copy of a utility bill to verify the address you live at.
If you represent a company, you select the “Corporate registration” where you will be prompted to fill in a form with the company name, address, telephone, email address etc. You will also be asked to either send in as an attachment to your application a copy of the company’s business license or copy of registration certificate plus a copy of a utility bill to verify the address of the company.
If you do not have the requested documents scanned and saved to your computer as a file, you can also send us those documents by fax or send them as a email at a later stage.
We recommend, before you start to make the registration, that you prepare a few needed documents which you need to submit an application.
The requested documents can, preferable be sent to ViA OnlineTM attached to your online applications, but to do so you need to have scanned this documents first, saved them in a location, which you at the time for the registration have access to.
When you scan your document do not use a resolution larger than 300 x 300, preferable, just make sure that the image you create is clear and that name, number etc clearly can be read. To check if your scanned document is easy to read, print it out and if it then looks ok, we likely will be happy with that.
After having applied to become a member of the ViA OnlineTM your application will be screened and validated - if approved and if we have not yet received all the documents and we still awaiting your payment, you will be able to access the service but can not perform any transactions nor make any changes nor expand or start to use other features.
